Imogen Wareing B.Sc.(Hons) Network Consultant
Imogen has over 20 years successful experience as a line manager and consultant in Human Resource Management, career planning and development, training design and delivery and organisational change. Her particular strengths lie in applying her knowledge of organisation dynamics to people development. During her consulting career with Urwick International, Price Waterhouse Urwick and in the last 10 years of managing her own consultancy firm, Imogen has established and excellent reputation for her integrity and successful solutions. She has become recognised as a public speaker and spokesperson on career and women's issues. Imogen is a past Executive Manager of Women & Management Inc., a voluntary organisation which aims to assist the personal and professional development of women. She is the author of "Career Strategies for Women" 1992, and "Guidlines on Mentoring for Women" published by the NSW Department of Women in November 1994. She is a regualr presenter for the WORKLIFE "School for Councilors" course; is a public speaker at many Australian conferences and seminars, most recently "Coaching and Mentoring for Team Success"; and a regular presenter at California Careers Conference since 1992 on aspects of career managment. |
