Company Profile
M.E.T. Services was
established in 1986 to provide clients with specialised consulting
solutions in leadership development and superior business performance.
Today our major emphasis
is on improving the Performance and Potential of Senior Executives,
Management, Business Unit Leaders and each employee within an
organisation. We "baseline" each participant against six
performance zones "on-line" on a benchmark set by their manager.
In keeping with our
Mission Statement we provide Leadership-Results
Based Executive Training, Skills, Behaviour and Attitude Development through
interactive experiential Workshops, Coaching and Mentoring to bring the
